JESS-LINK PRODUCTS (JPC) was established in May, 1982 and is listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange since October, 2004. The Board of Directors is composed of people with outstanding professionals with extensive experience in industry and academic fields and the Board of Directors’ Meeting is convened at least once quarterly. To establish a strong governance and sound supervisory system and to strengthen the structure and operation for the Board of Directors’, the regulation is adopted pursuant to Article 2 of the Regulations Governing Procedure for Board of Directors Meetings of Public Companies.

Board diversity comprised of a diverse group of professionals from different work experience and backgrounds in management, finance, tax, legal and compliance, “Corporate governance Best Practice Principles” is adopted to govern the function of Board of Directors.

Key competencies of Board of Directors: operation judgement, business management, crisis management, knowledge of industry, international market prospective, accounting and financial, leadership and legal.
