To enhance internal communication and foster a culture of trust, JPC conducts regular annual employee satisfaction surveys, encouraging staff to openly share their opinions. The feedback serves as a key reference for improving operations and human resource policies.
In 2024, qualitative interviews were the main method used, focusing on gathering employees’ genuine feelings and feedback. In 2025, a quantitative survey was conducted, resulting in an overall average satisfaction score of 76, indicating a generally positive response.
These results reflect employees’ recognition of the workplace environment and management approach. Based on the findings, we will continue to implement improvements, strengthen two-way communication, and promote trust and collaboration between the organization and its people.
We firmly believe that respecting and protecting human rights is an important cornerstone for sustainable business operations. We will continue to work hard to promote human rights values in our global operations, ensure that all people work in an environment of equality, fairness and respect, and create greater positive impact on society.
