The board of directors regularly reviews the audit report of the audit unit. In addition to regularly attending the report of the board of directors, the audit supervisor also reports to the chairman of the board, the audit committee and the general manager from time to time as needed.
The audit supervisor and independent directors report on the company's internal audit implementation and internal control operations through regular meetings of the audit committee; meetings can be convened at any time in case of major abnormal events.
