For more than 30 years, founder Chang Shu-Mei has supported students in rural Yunlin through the “Dream Fulfillment Scholarship.” In recent years, the program has further focused on the long-term development of students with special talents and expertise, benefiting nearly 100 students in total.
To date, JPC’s “Yunlin Deep Cultivation Program” has nurtured outstanding achievements, including two national-level athletes and one gold medalist at the National High School Games. With character education at its core, the program is dedicated to identifying talent and transforming the futures of disadvantaged students.
In 2025, approximately NT$1.2 million was invested in the Yunlin Deep Cultivation Scholarship.

Baseball | Donghe Junior High School has become a key baseball school in central Taiwan, winning Yunlin County championships in both hardball and softball for two consecutive years. Several players are scheduled to pursue further training at baseball schools in Japan.
The program also reduces dropout risks for students from disadvantaged families. More than 60% of scholarship recipients have successfully advanced to better senior high schools and universities through their specialized talents, continuously reshaping the life trajectories of children in rural areas.
